A nonrefundable deposit is required for all appointments and services. Deposits go toward the final service total and protect against no-shows, cancellations, and loss of scheduled work. Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Advance notice gives me the best chance to refill the reserved time. All deposits are nonrefundable. Cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, and missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the schedule for the day. Please understand that appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. Last-minute cancellations leave gaps that are difficult to fill as an independent stylist. Emergencies and exceptional situations may be considered at my discretion.
